The 23-year-old has been moderately productive after being selected in the fourth round of the 2016 draft. Louis (6’2″ 215) played in all 32 games of his career. He made three starts as a rookie and nine as a sophomore. In 2016, he recorded 205 yards on 18 catches and followed that up with 357 yards on 27 catches this year. Louis had his best two-game stretch this year seeing a career-high 17 targets. He registered consecutive games with five receptions for 135 total yards. Louis was able to prove he can be a reliable target. He just needed the opportunities and unfortunately, his production took a hit with the return of Josh Gordon. After his return, Louis was targeted six times making just one catch for 35 yards in five games. He kind of got a raw deal, but luckily he is under contract until 2020. Just like Higgins, he is set to make $1.3 million over the next two campaigns.
