Wide Receiver Gordon Files For Grievance
Browns Wide Receiver Josh Gordon seems to be in the news every single week. This time, it’s cause he’s filing a grievance for his suspension due to being late to a Saturday practice. It was the final Week 17 Browns game against the Baltimore Ravens that Gordon had to miss. Now this isn’t for simply the game check, but more so a different motive.
If Gordon’s grievance claim is approved, he will be allowed to become a free agency after the 2016 season. This is because he would have played in the six required games for a season to count towards free agency.
If denied, Gordon will be stuck with the Browns until after the 2017 season. I say stuck, because who could blame Gordon for wanting out of Cleveland? Then again, he’s got some problems of his own to deal with…
