What to Make of the WR JoJo Natson Signing

The Browns signed WR JoJo Natson to a one-year, one-million dollar contract. From all indications, it appears Natson is going to be returning kicks and punts this year. This is a guy that actually only has two career receptions while playing for the New York Jets (2017) and LA Rams (2018-2019).

One cool note is Natson’s senior year of college was spent playing football for the Akron Zips here in the area. His first three years were in Utah.

Natson, in his three total seasons, has 722 kick return yards and 467 punt return yards. His longest kick return is 32 yards and longest punt return is 60 yards.

Overall, this appears to be a very low-risk signing for a guy that can make things happen once the ball is in his hands. The Browns are not making a big commitment by any means in signing this 26-year-old.

Let’s see what Natson can do this upcoming year!
