After last night’s thrilling win against the Knicks, the Cavs took to Instagram to throw even more shade at their entire franchise.

The Arthur meme, which I presumed to be dead a year ago, has been revitalized by the Cavs this season. LeBron posted the first one a couple weeks ago and the team has gone 3-1 since. While LeBron did not post another meme last night with everyone else, he would not be left out the Instagram festivities. He shared his own picture this morning of him stepping all over the Knicks logo.

Not only is LeBron the King on the court, but he’s the King off of it with his social media. There’s absolutely no comeback possible for the Knicks. He completely trashed their franchise before, during and after the game. If Enes Kanter wasn’t running his mouth so much, I would almost feel bad for them.

Listen, I know it has been a slow start to the season. Pulling off that comeback win last night doesn’t mean that everything is fixed. They still have some serious problems they need to work on. Their defense is atrocious and they continue to go into these offensive slumps during the game. They’re still trying to overcome the injuries they’ve suffered early on.

Despite all their struggles, the team is obviously not worried. In fact, they’ve been trash talking more than ever before and seem to be having a ton of fun. If they aren’t worrying about anything then neither should we as fans. Let’s all just step back and enjoy the ride to start the season. We can start freaking out if they haven’t figured it out after Isaiah Thomas comes back.
