It’s amazing how much can change in a week. The second edition of our big board has several changes for a couple of reasons. First of all, the Browns new GM, John Dorsey, is more likely to draft a quarterback with the first overall pick than Sashi Brown was, in our estimation. Lamar Jackson now joins the other quarterbacks in our top 15.
This week’s edition also represents the consensus of four CST writers, whereas our initial offering was the work of three writers. Look for more changes going forward as these players play in bowl games and then begin the process of selling themselves to NFL scouts.
