The Best Offense in the AL?
Nick Swisher
Projections: .240 BA, 470 AB, 63 R, 16 HR, 66 RBI, 1 SB, .703 OPS
Everyone’s favorite bro was a model of consistency over his first 9 full seasons, as he averaged 25 home runs and 81 RBI per season. Then the wheels fell off, and he had not only the worst season of his career, but one of the worst stat lines of any player in 2014. While players coming off knee surgeries are always tough to project, Swisher has been too consistent to say his career is over. Batting lower in the order, and DHing on a regular basis, should get Swisher back to at least his 2013 numbers.
