Option 3. Harvey hears the appeal and rules on a 10-to-12-game suspension. This one is tricky. If Watson’s representatives still feel he is innocent, then the NFLPA will file a federal lawsuit. But both sides might want to move on and get the punishment over with. I’ll put this at 50/50.
