Ranking My Favorite Rocky Fights (Spoiler Alert)

#1: Rocky 1: Rocky vs. Apollo I

This is my favorite fight. It’s the most authentic and you could tell it was a low-budget film, but that’s what made the fight great. It was the most like a real fight you’d see actually happen. Also, it was genius to have Rocky lose the fight instead of every other cliche movie where the protagonist wins. Moreover, Apollo getting knocked down in the first round was a win in itself. Also, the Round 14 scene where Rocky breaks Apollo’s ribs after getting knocked down was AMAZING.
