NBA Draft Lottery Probabilities: What It Means for the Cavs

The Cleveland Cavaliers will dance with Lady Luck for the twentieth time in team history at the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday, May 14.
The Cavs are tied for the best odds for the No. 1 pick alongside the New York Knicks and the Phoenix Suns.
The Cavs finished the season with 19 wins and 63 losses. The Suns had the same exact record as Cleveland. The Knicks finished with only 17 wins.
According to Cavs.com, after winning a tie-breaker on April 12 against Phoenix, Cleveland cannot fall lower than the sixth overall pick and have a 52.1% chance of selecting in the top-4. These are the best odds available in the current draft lottery layout.
