Denzel Ward, Drafted Round 1 Pick 4 in the 2018 NFL Draft
OH-IO, for years Browns fans have been shouting making it clear they wanted a Buckeye wearing Orange and Brown. The cries were answered with the 4th overall pick in 2018. Denzel Ward of THE Ohio State University became the latest member of “DBU” to be drafted in the first round. The Browns took a chance with Ward which paid off. The Northeast, Ohio native and alum of Nordonia High School nabbed three picks, was named Defensive Rookie of the Week twice and was named to the Pro Bowl. Ward looks to be on his way to becoming a future NFL superstar, as long as he can stay healthy. I’m darn happy it’s in Cleveland.
