Key Points to Watch For as Cavs Push Toward Another Finals Appearance

Remaining Schedule

Washington Post

The Cavaliers have a relatively easy schedule ahead of them in the second half. The team will face the Toronto Raptors and the Washington Wizards two more times each and these are the games the team can use to gauge how tough (or easy) it will be to potentially face them in the playoffs.

For the past couple of seasons, the Raptors have been a formidable opponent for teams during the regular season, but Cavs fans know best that when the calendar turns to April and the playoffs begin, the Raptors tend to shrink and bow down to the King. Their current holding of the number one seed seems to not scare anyone at the moment, but never take another team for granted.

Besides the Raptors and the Wizards, the Cavs will face teams that mostly have losing records or teams that pose no real risk to the team’s success this year.
