Jack is Back: Conklin signs Four-Year, 60 Million Dollar Extension

On the Friday afternoon of December 23rd, All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin signed a four-year, 60 million dollar extension to stay with the Cleveland Browns for the foreseeable future.
The extension also guarantees Jack Conklin $31 million fully guaranteed throughout the four years of the deal according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Conklin, 28, just recently overcome a series of bad injuries from the 2021 season, such as overcoming a torn patellar tendon, yet the team finds his leadership too important to let go.

Conklin stated earlier in the month of December that “Cleveland will be my home forever”, a statement that ultimately made the front office ready to get a deal completed.
The 2x time All-Pro offensive lineman currently ranks 25th amongst all offensive linemen in run block win rate (76.5%) and 10th in pass block win rate (92.4%).
