Pitching, Pitching, Pitching.
That’s what it’s all about in the MLB.
Yohan Ramirez was acquired by the Guardians on Monday for cash considerations or a player to be named later. Ramirez, age 27, did not have great numbers in Seattle going 1-0 with a 7.56 ERA. This caused him to get designated for assignment. He ended up pitching for four games for Triple-A Tacoma.
To allow for this addition to the 40-man roster, the Guardians sent RHP James to the 60-day disabled list with strained shoulder muscle issues.
Well, this isn’t the biggest of moves. Hopefully, Ramirez will be able to find himself within the Guardians Bullpen and help the team with his relief pitching.
