Frustration is Building

For the past two years, Cousins has played under the franchise tag. Yeah, he has made great money but has it be uneasy to play with your future constantly in doubt. If a deal doesn’t get agreed to, then Washington could be forced to use a franchise tag for a third consecutive year and that’s going to cost them $34.5 million. That’s a lot of cheese. I doubt they want a quarterback at that price. Either way, it’s bend or break time.
