Former Browns tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. is found guilty of raping a 58-year-old homeless woman in San Diego.
Just when you thought you’ve heard it all, right?
This disgusting, vile and reprehensible act is going to land K2 in jail for many years; I’ve read as little as eight, some say 15 and it could be up to life. It wasn’t the only gross act he was charged with that the court decided on.
Winslow was also guilty of indecent exposure and one lewd conduct charge. The jury couldn’t decide on everything…
Jury is deadlocked on six other felonies and two additional misdemeanors.— Dan Wetzel (@DanWetzel) June 10, 2019
Winslow was the 6th pick out of Miami FL. in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Browns. He played four years in Cleveland and 10 years total with 469 catches, 5,261 Rec. Yds & 25 touchdowns. Overall, it was a disappointing and injury-plagued career.
Moreover, Winslow had got in trouble previously for masturbating in a Target parking lot & possession of marijuana.
It’s just a sad life for a man that at one time had so much potential. Well, at least justice was served and he will be where he belongs – behind bars.
