Five Prospects Cleveland may look at in Second Round

Taylor Rapp, 6′ 200 lbs, Safety, Washington

He is ranked fourth among safeties and is a tackling machine. He is physical with a good motor – but speed can be an issue. Despite that, Rapp recorded the top short shuttle time among all DBs at the combine. Currently, a second-round projection and Cleveland now has a hole with Jabrill Peppers gone. The Browns could use a hard-hitting safety that is also a sure tackler.
