Five Players to Watch During September Call Ups

Evan Marshall, RHP

Marshall was one of the players brought in this off-season to eat up some of the innings that Bryan Shaw pitched last year; unfortunately, he has pitched in only 10 games for the Indians this season and has an ERA of 7.71. Much like James Hoyt and Eric Stamets, he’s had to deal with injuries this season, so September can be an opportunity to see the Evan Marshall that had a career year in 2014 for the Arizona Diamondbacks. His most impressive stat that year was his 19 holds which was very Bryan Shaw-esque.
