3. Where is Channing Frye?

Many fans are wondering why Channing Frye hasn’t seen the floor in the regular time since the Raptors series and the answer is defense. The Celtics’ offense doesn’t match up with Channing: they are shorter than most teams and Al Horford is too mobile for Channing. The Warriors won’t be playing Pachulia the whole game and so Draymond will see some time at center. Do you want to see Channing guarding Draymond? I will not deny, however, the significant value Channing brings to the offense with his shooting, but the Cavs trust Jefferson’s defense over his. The Cavs need to play defense if they want to win one game and I just don’t think Channing can muster enough defense to help.
