Ohio State has high expectations going into the season, which will finally start this week against Nebraska. As we all know, this season will not be the same as past ones, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still make predictions and get excited about it. To follow with that, I had other Cleveland Sports Talk writers join me in making predictions about what they think will happen in this shortened, COVID-19 season for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Dustin Nelson

Season Record: 8-0 (3-0 postseason)

Bowl Game: Sugar Bowl and then BCS Championship

Final AP Ranking: #1

Unexpected Star: Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Justin Fields’ TD total: 42 (34 passing and 8 rushing)

Bold Prediction: Teague and Sermon lead OSU to having the most rushing yards per game in the NCAA.

Daniel Armani Adshead
