You guys know the drill, the CST Weekly Wrap-Up is here to sum up the week in Cleveland sports.

Indians

HERE WE GO! The Tribe are on a roll winning eight out of nine games and after a win today in Texas, are over .500 for the first time since early April. The rotation is dealing, the bats have come to life, and Cody Allen is anchoring the back end of the bullpen. Hopefully the Indians can keep it going while on this 10 game road trip, which is where we’ve continued to see the team struggle.

Cavs

The Plain Dealer has reported that the Cavs will indeed offer a max deal to Kyrie Irving, discrediting the report from the New York Daily News. Believe what you will, but we should definitely find out on July 1st what the real scoop is between the Cavs and Irving. Reports also say that the Cavs coaching decision should be coming soon. The Cavs reportedly contacted Maccabi Tel Aviv coach, David Blatt, about the vacant head coaching position. Blatt is one of the best overseas coaches in recent history, and might be the Cavs man. Blatt joins already reported candidates Alvin Gentry, Tyronn Lue, Adrian Griffin, Lionel Hollins, and others.

Browns

All quiet on the shores of Lake Erie when it comes to the Browns. Well, except for the continuing party antics of one Johnny Manziel. Another weekend of partying surfaced from Manziel, and it’s got to make fans start to wonder where the line in the sand is. That line being whether he’s just partying, or if the partying is becoming a problem. No need to worry yet, Browns fans, but it’s something that we’ll have to keep an eye on.
