Chris- Before I even think about any recent trades, I will go old school for my favorite Cavs trade. In 1986 the Cavs managed to turn $800K and Roy Hinson, a S/P Forward in his third season, into the first overall pick of the 1986 NBA Draft. That pick turned into Brad Daugherty, a player who was an NBA All-Star in five of his six full seasons. The best recent trade has to be the Cavs acquisition of Timofey Mozgov. They have been in desperate need of defensive help for quite some time this season, and Mozgov came in with a great defensive presence, as well as a high level of comfort with David Blatt.
