They say there is a first for everything, and once again that’s proven to be correct. Thursday afternoon, Indians starter Corey Kluber tossed his first career complete game in a 5-1 win over the Kansas City Royals. In just 101 pitches, the third year man struck out 11 Royals batters and only allowed four hits.

This was a great way to bounce back from his second loss of the season against Toronto on the 19th.

Kluber now stands at an even 2-2, and that record will continue to drastically improve if he pitches with the same kind of dominancy as he did on Tuesday afternoon.
