Out of UCF, Rannell Hall failed to get drafted. Tampa Bay signed Hall in 2015 and unfortunately playing in zero games. The Browns picked him up in 2016 hoping they could revive his career but managed to show suit up for one game. I find it hard that Hall makes the final roster.
