WR Rashard “Hollywood” Higgins was drafted by the Browns during the ’17 NFL Draft in the fifth round. Higgins also had small opportunity to prove himself in ’16 due to the QB situation and limited snaps. The Browns and Higgins agreed to a four-year, $2.6 million contract. The deal included a $184,384 signing bonus. He’s only 22, so he has plenty of time to develop and master his route-running. Cleveland has expressed its efforts in trying to keep all of their young WRs.
