Cavs vs Hornets: Young NBA Stars With A Bright Future Ahead

The Cleveland Cavaliers have their home opener tonight at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse as they take on the Charlotte Hornets. Tipoff is at 7:00pm. Since this is the home opener, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is going to be rocking for this game.

Both the Cavs and Hornets are in a similar position when it comes to rebuilding. These two teams are both young, talented and are going to compete. Tonight, Cavs fans will be welcoming C Evan Mobley to the court as he makes his debut in Cleveland. PG Colin Sexton will be able to get some help with new draft pick Mobley. Last season it seemed like Sexton had to do everything on his own. Evan Mobley will help turn this Cavs team around and give bring more ball movement on the court.

As for the Hornets, they also have young talent in PG LaMelo Ball. LaMelo Ball proved last year that he can be a threat to the NBA. The Hornets will be tough to play this year for many NBA teams. Overall, this Cavs Hornets game is going to be a fun one to watch. If you are a fan of young talented teams, this is a game for you.

I think the Cavs will play the Hornets tough. My bold prediction is they will win big at home against the Hornets because the Cavs will have home court advantage. To add on to my prediction, the Cavs will win by at least 10 points.

Cavaliers Fans!!!!! Show up to the FieldHouse tonight and get loud for this game. Basketball is back in Cleveland and this Cavs team is young and hungry. I think Sexton, Mobley and PG Darius Garland are going to mesh well together. In the end, I think the Cavs win their home opener sending the home fans happy. Let’s go Cavs!!!!
