Browns Roster Analysis: Offensive Line

Prior to the start of the 2017 season, the Browns explored free agency to solidify their offensive line. One of the acquisitions was the center from Green Bay. Tretter (6’4″ 307) agreed to a $16.75 million contract over the next three years with $6.5 million guaranteed and another $3.5 guaranteed for injury. The center brought stability to a position Cam Erving couldn’t. He was flagged for holding twice and allowed just one sack. I would say it’s a safe bet to assume Tretter will be a Brown until his contract expires after 2019.
