The move comes in response to disciplinary reasons concerning DT Perrion Winfrey as it’s been recently confirmed by Browns coaching staff that the rookie DT will not be playing Sunday’s game.

Browns superstar Myles Garrett stated about Perrion Winfrey that ”At the end of the day he’s got to learn how to be a pro.”

The 24-year-old Roderick Perry was a undrafted free agent from the University of Illinois, playing a total 11 games, making 26 tackles, and was awarded by PFF as a All-Big Ten honorable mention in his senior year of eligibility.

DT Roderick Perry will be his NFL debut this Sunday on late notice for the Cleveland football franchise and will now get a career-defining opportunity to make a statement this Sunday as the New York Jets come to FirstEnergy Stadium.
