8. Brady Quinn

Entering the 2007 NFL Draft, Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn was ranked the number 18 passer in the nation. The Browns selected him in the first round, the 22nd pick of the draft and had high hopes for the Ohio native, who won over fans with stories of wanting to play for the Browns his whole life. Quinn proved to be disappointing and made only 12 starts in Cleveland during 2008-2009.
