10. Trent Dilfer

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted Dilfer with their 1st pick in the 1994 NFL Draft. Dilfer played for the Baltimore Ravens and Seattle Seahawks before coming to Cleveland in 2005. During his single season in Cleveland, Dilfer passed for 2,321 yards. In his 11 starts for the Browns, he threw 11 touchdowns and 12 interceptions with a quarterback rating of 76.9.
