16. Doug Pederson
Before Pederson found fame as a head coach in the NFL, he participated in the Browns quarterback carousel in 2000, carving out a 1-7 record. The offense rarely clicked with Pederson at the helm. The Brown struggled to score points and were shut out in two of their last three games.
15. Jason Campbell
Jason Campbell played quarterback for the Browns in 2013 and started eight games that season. He completed 56% of his passes that season. As the Browns quarterback, he threw 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions as well as passing for over 2,000 yards.
14. Seneca Wallace
After seven seasons in Seattle, Wallace was traded to Cleveland in 2010 for a seventh-round draft pick. With Jake Delhomme injured, he started four games with just one victory before he sustained an injury. Wallace didn’t make his next until the 2011 campaign. He started and lost the final three games and his Browns career concluded with his release prior to the 2012 season.
