21. Austin Davis
Austin Davis was the quarterback for the Cleveland Browns for part of the 2015 season, starting two games that season. He completed nearly 60% of his passes and threw one touchdown to three interceptions. He also passed for 547 yards that season.
20. Kevin Hogan
Kevin Hogan hasn’t really been that bad, but he also hasn’t been great. I wish we could’ve seen him start a few more games to see what all he has to offer. It’s a bummer, but that’s the way it goes in the NFL. Hopefully, he’ll get a few more chances to make his case to be the Browns’ savior.
