Browns Quarterbacks Since ’99 RANKED From Worst to First!
5. Kelly Holcomb
Holcomb assembled a 4-8 record as a starter in Cleveland over three seasons. We all remember his start in Pittsburgh in 2003 when he almost single-handedly beat the Steelers. It gave him the starting job in 2004 and essentially sent Tim Couch packing. Holcomb never recaptured that magic, save his five TD performance in the famous Cincinnati loss, 58-48.
