Browns Quarterbacks Since ’99 RANKED From Worst to First!

28. Spergon Wynn

Wynn is most famous for being the last QB selected before Tom Brady in the 2000 NFL draft. Wynn started one game for the Browns and it was an ugly 48-0 loss at the hands of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wynn went on to play in the CFL.

27. DeShone Kizer

DeShone Kizer has had nothing short of an awful year. Going into Week 17, he has a total of 27 turnovers. It doesn’t take a football expert to see just how bad that is. In his defense, however, it is his rookie year and Hue dialed up a lot of pass plays in a run-first offense. Hue will probably want at least one more year from DeShone to see if he can turn it around next year.

26. Luke McCown

After playing college football for the Louisiana Tech University Bulldogs, McCown was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. While he only started in four games during his rookie season in Cleveland, McCown logged 608 passing yards with a quarterback rating of 52.6. He was traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2005. Luke McCown’s older brother, Josh, also spent time as a quarterback in Cleveland.
