(#105) The Pick: WR Antonio Callaway
An extremely talented wide receiver falls to the Browns in the fourth round due to off-field concerns. If Callaway keeps his head on straight, this pick could be one of the biggest steals in the draft. Of course, it’s not their job, but if any locker room is able to help/mentor him, it’s Cleveland’s.
In two years in Florida as a Gator, Callaway caught 89 passes for 1,399 yards and seven touchdowns.
The Browns receiving room already contains one of the best in the league in Josh Gordon, reliable catcher in Jarvis Landry and a freakishly athletic tight end in David Njoku. Again, if Callaway stays out of trouble, it could mean a nightmare for defenses.
