Browns 1st And Goal Report: Four Downs To Consider This Week

Cleveland Browns running back Demetric Felton works on passing drills during voluntary OTA, June 2, 2021, in Berea.

4th down: Demetric Felton and his role

Last week, Demetric Felton, the rookie drafted out of UCLA, played a very good game down at Jacksonville. He caught four passes for 44 yards, played on special teams, recorded a tackle and returned a kick. He’s a pesky offensive weapon and could pose a challenge to a more veteran player like running back D’Ernest Johnson or even one of the wide receivers coming off the bench like Khadarel Hodge.

Felton’s versatility is a real bonus for the Browns and Felton contributing in big ways for the team this season. I look for Felton to be all over the field again on Sunday!

It should be a lot of fun Sunday down along the lakeshore cheering on the Browns!
