BREAKING: Browns part ways with OC Kyle Shanahan and QB Coach Dowell Loggains.

Today, it was announced that the Browns are parting ways with OC Kyle Shanahan and QB Coach Dowell Loggains. The team finished with a 7-9 record after starting off with a promising 7-4 start. Additionally, three quarterbacks saw the field for the Browns this year – Brian Hoyer, Johnny Manziel and Connor Shaw.

The Browns ranked 20th in passing yards with 216.6 per game. They ranked 17th with 108.8 rushing yards each contest. The biggest stat of all is that the Browns averaged only 18.7 points per game which makes them 27th in all of football.

The pair did somewhat well with what they had. However, the way the season ended was a disappointment to all.

It became noted that there was a clear divide between the ownership/front office and the coaching staff. This is most likely the reason for the split up after just one season.

Well, the search is on..again.
