He’s always showing up to his players football camps or supporting them in other ways. He’s a player’s coach and his younger age is likely an advantage he has when working with his young team.
No. 1: Hate about Stefanski: Not emotional enough
There’s been a lot of chatter this season about replacing coaches and bringing in more emotional and fierier coaches like Browns former coach Greg Williams. I think fans just want to see Stefanski drop his head set and scream at a referee or one of his players once in a while. While I believe the players like Stefanski, he’s not shattering glass windows with his emotional outbursts as of yet.
