2015 Cleveland Indians Top 10 Prospects

For a small-market team like the Cleveland Indians, having a strong minor league system is a constant necessity in today’s day and age. Free agents will come and go (mostly go) from a team with a payroll the size of the Tribe’s, which makes a strong farm system crucial.

2015’s crop of talent provides the Cleveland front office with a mix of high hopes and question marks. Optimism is certainly the theme when looking at the top tier of the Indians’ prospect list, but after that, GM Chris Antonetti has several guys that he really does not know too much about yet. Francisco Lindor continues to headline the group as the premier shortstop prospect in the MLB. Behind him, however, lies a lot of youth and unproven players, making it a difficult task to sort them out. Nevertheless, here it goes.
