No. 9 – Donte’ Stallworth, Wide Receiver
The Cleveland Browns went through an interesting phase of bringing in veteran receivers to try and get the offense clicking. Donte’ Stallworth was one of those experiments that were nowhere close to working.
In just one season, Stallworth had 17 catches on 45 targets for 170 yards. This just one season after he had nearly 700 yards receiving for the New England Patriots.
After totaling over 2,000 yards in his first six seasons, the Browns were just a year late on adding the speedy receiver. That’s happened far too often.
